Young Republican groups exist on the county, state, and national level. The groups in each county are chartered by the state-wide group, and each state-wide group is a member of the national group.

The Marion County Young Republicans, for example, is one of a number of county groups throughout Florida. Each county group is a  member of the Florida Federation of Young Republicans, and each state group is a member of the Young Republican National Federation.

Delegates from the county groups attend quarterly meetings of the FFYR, and delegates from each state group assemble at meetings of the YRNF.

Nationwide, Young Republicans form a significant force of active volunteers for both political and community endeavors.
